The AX series set you free from the electronics that are traditionally associated with a high quality audio experience. The stand, bookshelf or wall mount 1AX and the floor standing model 5AX come complete with all one needs including the main cable, rubber feet and bumpers, remote control and a wall bracket for the 1AX. They require nothing extra, simply connect the mains and you are ready to rock. Sold in pairs, the 1AX retails for $895 and the 5AX $1,495 in Black Ash, Light Walnut with White Vinyl a special order and supported with an X year warranty.
Born from DALI technology, the AX series are designed for the audiophile’s stereo environment with a 2 x 50W class D, fully digital amplifier built into the left loudspeaker with the right loudspeaker passive. The amplifier delivers the audio signal to both speakers and is designed to bring out the best from its host regardless of signal type. Use Bluetooth and Apt-X if the source device supports it, or connect an analogue source with a mini-jack or an optical via TOSLink. Connect a TV via the optical input or any type of traditional audio player via the analogue input. Include a subwoofer via the sub out. Added AX improvements include new low and high frequency drivers and cabinets all in the classic DALI tradition.
