The Aurigen loudspeaker redefines the way we hear music.

After over four years of development, January 2022 officially sees the launch of William Eikos’s brand new loudspeaker; Aurigen.

This cutting edge luxury loudspeaker uses completely new technologies and has been granted 3 European patents (bass, suspension and drive unit utilization). Aurigen allows sound images to be locked into their own spaces, creating the most stable sonic sound stage in front of you. There is ‘no hot seat’. This technology allows you for the first time, to move about or sit anywhere in the room, with clear focussed images in the ‘sound stage’ remaining static between the speakers.

No one sided speaker dominance, that we all know from traditional stereo. No more center channel speaker for AV applications.

This is revolutionary.

With its beautiful organic shapes inside and out it looks more like art.

  • The Aurigen’s internal components are of the highest quality;
  • Isosonotachtic Aluminium drive units for unimpeded sound clarity.
  • The only crossover component is a 70mm copper foil choke for speed and reduced distortion of the signal.
  • Silk cable insulation that outperforms the usual petrochemical PVC and Teflon
  • Over 8 octaves of bandwidth from the suspended pods with NO crossover filtering providing frightening realism
  • Internal volume 3D shape optimization
  • Precision 5 axis CNC’d from a solid Bamboo block
  • Non Newtonian suspended Bass isolation to preserve the reproduction of micro-details
  • Multi strand Litz cable for ease of electron flow.
  • Gaia feet for optimum sonic and vibrational isolation.

Carefully handbuilt in England, using the finest materials, the quality shows. Materials used for this precision build include silver, copper, silk, cork and maple. The main body of the speakers is crafted from bamboo, a very sustainable and an amazingly strong material with a Neutral Carbon Footprint. Each suspension arc takes over 200 hours of work and is made by the award winning furniture maker Jason Heap.

Built in the home of yachting, the Isle of Wight, the skills used in the Aurigen shine through and include;

  • Yacht computer aided design for precision detailing internally and externally.
  • Yacht rigging suspension for phenomenal sonic isolation to reveal previously hidden detail
  • Yacht grade stainless fixings.

We also use yacht grade paint techniques, which allows Aurigen to be available in over 17,000 colours. You can blend your speakers into your room or make them
stand out like an iconic statement.

These speakers allow you to hear previously hidden detail, along with more air/space within and around the music that you think you know well.
