Stratton Acoustics heads to the windy city for its North American debut

April 11, 2024: Stratton Acoustics Ltd, the UK-based high-end loudspeaker manufacturer, is taking its Element 12 loudspeaker to the AXPONA 2024 high-end audio exhibition, set to take place in Chicago’s Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Centre (April 12-14).

Recently launched to great acclaim at the Audio Deluxe Show in the UK, the Element 12, a 2-way, reflex-loaded design with integral stand, will be exhibited on the first floor of the hotel, in room 1- Schaumburg C. Our presence at the show will be facilitated by our good friends at Rutherford Audio, North America’s top high-end audio distributor.

In addition, Stratton Acoustics founder, David Fowler, has been invited to take join the panel of an AXPONA seminar, titled ‘Speaker Design: Inside and Outside the Box’, taking place on Saturday April 13 (2:15pm - 3:15pm) in the Schaumburg East room.

Fellow invited speakers on the panel will be Jeff Joseph (Joseph Audio), Andrew Jones (Chief Loudspeaker Designer, MoFi Electronics), Matthew Webster (CEO, YG Acoustics) and Paul Barton (Founder & Chief Designer, PSB Speakers).

‘As a relatively new loudspeaker manufacturer,’ says David Fowler, ‘I’m humbled, on behalf of Stratton Acoustics, to be invited to share the stage with such hi-fi industry legends.’

‘Personally, I’m greatly looking forward to absorbing their collective wisdom and learnings, while also being given the opportunity to share Stratton Acoustics’ particular perspective and approach to the art of speaker design.’
