October 02, 2023 – Succasunna, New Jersey. Orchard Audio, LLC is proud to announce that several of the company’s highly reviewed products will demo at the Capital Audiofest (CAF), November 10-12, 2023, in Rockville, MD.
Orchard Audio’s equipment will be on display in three of the rooms:
- Room 708:
- Starkrimson® Mono amplifiers (x4) will power the mid and high drivers as part of a tri-amped speaker setup by Hollis Audio Labs, using a Danville Signal digital signal processor (DSP). Frequencies below 80Hz will be reproduced by open baffle (OB) servo subs.
- Rooms 857 & 859:
- Starkrimson Stereo Ultra 2.0 will power Endow Audio’s Bravura 12.2 floor standing speakers.
- Starkrimson Duo will power Endow Audio’s Bravura 7.2 bookshelf speakers.
Starkrimson amplifiers are fully analog, state-of-the-art Gallium nitride (GaN) audio power amplifiers, developed to provide the listener with a truly life-like musical experience, presented with every significant detail intact. GaN technology benefits include less harshness, cleaner highs, better transparency, and higher detail. In addition to using GaN transistors, Starkrimson amps use Orchard Audio’s proprietary dual feedback modulator, keeping the amplifier fully balanced from input to output.
Starkrimson Ultra amplifiers are 500WRMS per channel into 4 ohms and Starkrimson amplifiers are 150WRMS per channel into 8 ohms. Both amplifiers have won multiple awards and accolades over the last couple of years.
Leonid (Leo) Ayzenshtat, Orchard Audio’s owner and chief engineer, will be present at the event on Saturday and Sunday, and will be available to answer any questions. He will be splitting his time between one of the three rooms.
