As you are probably aware, there are significant and ongoing supply chain disruptions that have affected many manufacturers. Unfortunately, we are not immune. Components needed for the existing product line are either unobtainable, or available with unknown provenance and quality on the grey market. Therefore, even though we are currently out of stock, we are no longer planning a new production run of the existing product line. Instead, we are focusing all our resources on development of our next generation of products.
In short, the PreMATE, PreMATE Plus, HDP-4, HDP-5 and HDP-Express II are no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes but look forward to sharing the details of our brand-new product line with you and taking the state-of-the-art in-home audio reproduction to another level.
As always, we’ll ensure existing customers have attractive/generous trade-in offers. Support for all DEQX products continue as usual, as does our DEQXpert calibration service.
DEQX continues to focus on development, whilst keeping the “State of the Art” quality that DEQX is famous for.
