SCHAUMBURG, IL (February 3, 2022) - - Calling all audiophiles, music lovers, vinyl collectors, audio engineers and musicians, AXPONA (Audio Expo North America) will open April 22-24 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center offering attendees three jam-packed days of incredible sounds, technology, presentations, design, and the very latest products in the industry. AXPONA is the largest high-end audio show in North America, which caters to dealers, distributors and manufacturers, as well as music-loving consumers. AXPONA’s state-of-the-art venue will feature 175+ Listening Rooms, an expanded Expo Hall featuring the ever-popular Record Fair and Master Class Theater, Ear Gear Experience, robust Seminar schedule, and Live Music nightly.

SHOW FEATURES:
The Exhibit Hall, which is home to the Record Fair, will showcase a vast array of turntables, cables, accessories, racks and stands, tonearms, cartridges and new and vintage Vinyl. Top manufacturers exhibiting this year will include Nordost, SOTA Turntables, Pro-Ject, Audio-Technica, Zavalinka Records, Brisea, and Iconoclast Cables.
The Ear Gear Experience will be in its new home, one of the convention center’s large ballrooms to enhance listening experience for personal audio. Everything from open-back, closed-back, in-ear headphones and accessories, cables and players that go into a personal audio rig will be on display at the Ear Gear Experience. Leading global brands and manufacturers such as Audeze, HiFiMan, Sennheiser, T+A, Mytek, Cardas Audio, Lenbrook, PSB and more will debut new products and have dedicated booths.

AXPONA 2022 will also feature Live Concerts nightly including Chicago bluesman, Toronzo Cannon who will be this year’s Friday night performance at 8pm. The blistering guitarist, soulful vocalist, singular songwriter and city bus driver fuses his muscular, rock-inspired blues guitar playing with his original, keenly detailed slice-of-life songs, blazing his own blues trail. AXPONA opens Friday, April 22 10am-6pm; Saturday, April 23, 10am-6pm; and Sunday, April 24 10am-4pm.
