AURALiC Names Chris Morris Manager, Global Technical Support

AURALIC North America Inc. and its parent company, AURALIC LIMITED, has announced promotion of Chris Morris to Manager, Global Technical Support. Although his duties are worldwide, a major emphasis will be on working with U.S. dealers.

Prior to this promotion, Chris handled both dealer and consumer technical support issues for AURALiC’s streaming products.

He started out working for Apple, training professionals on Aperture (where he is Apple Certified) and Motion, and then taught new Apple trainers (called “Creatives”) on how to train customers. He later went to work in sales for a hi-fi retailer.

Chris then worked for The Sound Organisation for four years, starting as in regional and then national sales for Rega, Naim, Dali, Chord Cable, Quadraspire, and others.  When The Sound Organisation brought on Naim, he recognized there was great growth potential in their streaming products.

From that point on he became their National Training Manager and focused on growing Naim by training dealers and creating training materials to help dealers learn about the new product category of digital audio streaming

Prior to working for AURALiC, he ran his own company helping distributors and manufacturers support streaming or network based products.
