The Børresen T-series is designed and handcrafted in Denmark, embodying the expertise gained from our 0- and M-series. As a replacement for the 0-series, the new T-series is the result of extensive research and innovation, delivering exceptional performance in a refined design.

The Børresen T-series has been heavily inspired by the Børresen M-series, using downscaled M-technologies. This new range features a combination of high-gloss lacquer, carbon, and real wood veneers, blending refined aesthetics with cutting-edge acoustic performance.

The T-series is available in two versions: The standard version and the Silver Supreme Edition (SSE). Both share the same advanced driver and cabinet designs, but key refinements set them apart:

T1, T3 and T5: Features cryogenically treated copper pole rings and Darkz T2 resonance control devices.

The T1, T3 and T5 SSE versions: Upgrades to cryogenically treated silver pole rings for even lower inductance, titanium driver baskets, and higher-tier Darkz T2s resonance control devices.

The patented ironless magnet motor

Børresen has replaced the conventional iron-core design with four neodymium (N52) rings in a patented mirrored alignment, improving voice coil responsiveness. T1, T3 and T5 features cop- per pole rings that resist flux changes, enhancing clarity, while the Silver Supreme Edition uses silver pole rings for even higher conductivity, further refining resolution and midrange transpar- ency.

Titanium Baskets & Optimized Airflow (SSE Speakers)

The 5” drivers in the SSE version feature titanium baskets for exceptional rigidity and damping. FEM-optimized design ensures smooth airflow without interference.

Crossover – Designed with bi-wiring with the option of bi-amping (T3 & T5)

All Børresen T-series loudspeakers are based on serial crossover networks, which provide the same phase-locked electric current flow to transducers in the filtering region. The T3 and T5 in both the standard and the SSE versions are designed with bi-wiring terminals on the rear to support the ability to work with two independent amplifiers. This enables each section (bass and midrange/treble) to receive sufficient power, enhancing precision, clarity, and spatial depth. The speakers can be controlled and room-optimized with the Aavik active crossover found in a variety of Aavik amplifiers

The T-series uses the cryogenically treated RP94 Ribbon Planar Tweeter with 94 dB efficiency and ultra-light moving mass, delivering speed, responsiveness, and an authentic musical experience.

Titanium Baskets & Optimized Airflow

The Titanium baskets for the 5” drivers provide rigidity and damping, while FEM-optimized design ensures smooth, interference-free airflow.

The Patented Ironless Magnet Motor

The neodymium ring motor enhances voice coil responsiveness. Copper and silver pole rings in the standard and SSE versions improve clarity and conductivity.

The Membrane

The three-layer membrane with an aramid honeycomb core and spread tow carbon fiber skins reduces vibrations and resonances for accurate sound reproduction.

Cryogenic Treatment for Enhanced Performance Cryogenic treatment of copper and silver rings, along with internal wiring, baskets, crossover coils and tweeter improve conductivity, strength, and overall performance.

Advanced Cabinet Design for Superior Performance

The T-5

The T-series features carbon-fiber reinforcements, a rear venting system, and block-milled braces, ensuring rigidity, reduced distortion, and superior airflow.

Crossover – Designed with Bi-Wiring and Bi- Amping (T3 & T5)

Bi-wiring and bi-amping options in the T3 and T5 enable precise bass and treble control, with Aavik’s active crossover for optimal clarity.

Integrated Ansuz Technologies

Tesla Coils and Dither technologies minimizes noise, Gold Signature wiring ensures superior conductivity, and Darkz resonance control refines the performance.
