Rancho Cucamonga, CA: RSX Tech announced today that it is now wholly owned by designer/co-founder Roger Skoff. This change and company restructuring follows the passing of Skoff’s long-time friend and partner, Dr. Arnold I. Roth, who had been a fifty percent owner.
According to Skoff, while Dr. Roth’s passing is and will be deeply felt, the company’s future remains strong, with rising sales and new products soon to be introduced.
RSX currently manufactures seven major products, including High-End phono cables, AC power cords, and AC power boxes for audio, video, and custom installation use. Five of these have, in just the company’s first year of operation, earned editorial and reviewer awards from the audiophile press.
Roger Skoff was the founder and designer for XLO Electric, another High End cable brand, and in addition to his duties with RSX, writes technical articles and opinion pieces for a number of audiophile publications in the United States and abroad.
