October 7th, 2015 MYTEK DIGITAL is pleased to announce the new BROOKLYN DAC - Preamplifier - Headphone Amp - the world first stand alone, high performance DAC with MQA ® technology. Built on 25 years of MYTEK’S experience with Hi-Res audio converters for both studio music production and audiophile playback, the BROOKLYN DAC incorporates key Hi-Res playback technologies: 384kHz/32bit and DSD256 conversion,130dB dynamic range, the Mytek Femtoclock Generator ™, a reference grade headphone amplifier and an M/C, M/M phono preamplifier. With its integrated MQA ® decoder, the BROOKLYN allows for seamless streaming of the latest high resolution music offerings available.
MYTEK digital converters allow users to experience the very same sound quality, as heard by the mastering engineers in their studio. The BROOKLYN is a reference design with a look and feel that is only surpassed by its sound.
The BROOKLYN DAC, with its beautifully sculpted chassis, available in a choice of matte black or matte silver finish, is scheduled to ship in early December 2015 with a MSRP of $1995. In an effort to ensure pre Holiday delivery, MYTEK is currently accepting preorders from both customers and dealers.
