Shipping this month, the new Record Doctor XI (SRP: $599.95) features the same bi-directional motor, swing arm, and cleaning strip as its predecessor. However, the overall sound of the vacuum is quieter, without sacrificing power or performance.

Its direct-drive, high-torque bi-directional motorruns cool and efficiently after multiple successive cleanings, while the vacuum swing arm removes dirt and dust with maximum suction, yet more quietly than before. In addition, there is a screw-down clamp system that protects the LP’s label, and an anti-static goat hair brush for deep-cleaning grooves.
Like the majority of Pangea Audio products, the new Record Doctor XI is shipped in sturdy eco-friendly, recyclable packaging, bypassing the messy and harmful styrofoam used by much of the competition.
