The LampizatOr Baltic 3 had the ambitious goal of approximating as closely as possible the enchanting sonic achievements offered by the LampizatOr Golden Gate II DAC, but at roughly one-third the cost.
Founder and designer Łukasz Fikus told me that after some ten years of experimentation and prototyping, he arrived at this design, which he considers to be a breakthrough.
