Thank you so much for some of the kindest words we have received from any show report. The fact that they come during my absolute favorite "Best Little Audio Show in Texas" lands them even closer to my heart.

I have always told everyone that going to the Lone Star Audio Fest is like going to someone's huge multi-bedroom home for an all weekend party that never stops for a full round-the-clock 72 hours - or more if you get there on Wednesday night like a lot of us do!!!

It is truly a rollicking, rolling fun-loving friends-making, musical bash... and OK, yeah there are more than a few morning headaches attached to this one, but what the heck! It's more than worth it.

I have to admit that I was gleefully shocked to see Positive Feedback cover our favorite event. And to have so many of my audio friends, both old and new written so highly about is also so heart warming.

Raven Audio was all knock-kneed raw and a little bit rough during our first year at LSAF 2011 - which was indeed our very first audio show. I probably shouldn't... but I will to admit... after going to 20 or more shows throughout the country over the last five years since then, I will say that this one is by far the absolute most fun of any of them. It's not even close actually.

The Lone Star Audio Fest is a completely different animal from all of the other shows, which are much more formal, if not a little bit stiff.

Seeing Josua Miles come into our family at this year's show was such a treat. If I am not mistaken, this is his very first show as I understand. I can assure you that we were no where near his level at our debut! Actually... we still aren't... but who is really - very few I should think!

You see Joshua is a true artist... the honest-to-God real thing! We are not even playing on his level. He is somewhere in the ionosphere and we are still somewhere down near Terra-firma. But he and his beautiful wife 'Nett were so wonderful, and Gabrielle and I were so honored to meet such loving people. I really hope we see them from now on... every year here at our little LSAF love-fest.

I will be coming to this show as long as I - and LSAF are still here. I love, it love it, love it~! But I have to admit... at my age, its a good thing it doesn't last another day longer... ya see, my liver gave up sometime back in the last decade or so.... so I have to save up for this one!

Matt, Skip, Steven, Doug, Rick, Wayne, Joshua, Marvin, and a ton of other guys here all have much younger cells working in that organ... but I bet one of these days they will know about this too.

But oh what fun we all have here. So it's worth it!

Thank you again for coming and writing so highly about our Texas show Norman..... please come back again Sir!

I have to admit, while Net read your amazing show report to me I had a tear or two well up in my eyes. You may or may not know this, but LSAF was the first of our very first three shows we had scheduled
for the year. Actually our first mainland show EVER!

To have you speak so fondly of our products means more than you will ever know. For you to recognize the hard work we put into the sonic qualities as well as the recognition of the hand finished nature of our products is so heartwarming and important to us. Not only that, but to have you mention our name in the same paragraph as the Moulthrops really hits home. As a lifelong artist and designer, combining my passion for music through these industrial designs has been a dream for many years. I hope the world continues to accept them as you so clearly have. We cannot thank you enough.

We hope to come back to this amazing show every year now. I guess it is true what Dave Thomson of Raven Audio told me about it before signing up. LSAF is a family. A close family. It is also a place where little guys like us can plant a seed in the HIFI world and have it watered by writers like you. A show where even the humble beginner can confidently setup their creations and allow the public to witness the conception of the “Next big thing”. LSAF may be a close family, but I have never been as welcomed into a home as I was into this one. For anyone reading this and who never heard of, or never attended LSAF, don’t miss it again!

As for the cowhide mats! “WHEN IN TEXAS”! And they work…

Mahalo again and Aloha
