Ronn McFarlane is one of the great masters of the lute and I've enjoyed listening to his performances since his days with the Baltimore Consort. To Roger's excellent comments I would add that McFarlane brings a very stylish and engaging manner to his music, breathing new creative life into his interpretations of the music he plays. If you ever have the chance to hear him in a live performance, do it!
