Last year, I started upgrading my hi-fi system, and the first thing I did was upgrade standard-issue power cords to all TWL cords. I wasn't sure I would "hear" any difference, but literally immediately after I switched out the cords I was truly amazed by the increased VOLUME and color/richness of the music emanating from my speakers. I was a cable and cords agnostic before, but now I am a believer. I don't think I talked myself into it. These power cords dramatically changed the sound quality of my system; and I proved it to myself by switching back-and-forth several times, and every time, the change was obvious to me and my non-audio wife. Eventually will come the rest of the full TWL "kit" but I have speaker and electronics upgrades and decisions to make. Pete is a magician as well as a scientist and music lover. I have no idea why changing the power cords should affect the sound of a stereo, but it does.

I invested in TWL cable and I could not be happier. For cable difference deniers all I can say is for me these cables made a huge positive difference over what I had been using.
