I am not going to do a comparison as the Junior is so musically outstanding, more flexible than $30-40,000 phono stages, more fun by maximizing its virtues you can imagine, and quiet as death. You will spend 10 times its cost on cables and powercords if you really want perfection. Curl has hit the ball out of the ball park, out of the state, and into outer space with the Junior. It does thinks the ARC top of the line stages do not do. Buy it and do not look back.

Good to read a review, and may purchase to replace my "ancient" AcousTech PH-1P Premium phono stage, but have little wiggle room on shelf real estate, this model is considered over the larger JC3.

For $1500 This may be the ticket but if I was spending $2500 I'd have to have a shootout between the JC 3+ and the Manley Chinook. A good question that isn't answered here is how does the JC Jr compare to the Jc3+ That's the big unanswered question.
