The review was very interesting and confirmed once again that I want the right thing for my Linn Sondek. A pity of course that the listening test didn't include symphonic orchestra and other serious music played on natural instruments. This is where the listening experience of a pickup (or anything) can be related to the experience of how natural instruments and natural human voices should sound live. Popular music is mostly electronic music. What's the criterium of how an electronic instument should sound? None.
