I noticed one day that one of the woofer surrounds was starting to tear.The speakers came with a 10 year warranty so I called Legacy and they said to send them in and they would fix the problem. Well, not only did they replace the woofer for free but replaced all the woofers (4 altogether) replaced one of the mid-range drivers because they said it didn't sound good, adjusted the crossovers, and touched-up the cabinet veneer! I still listen to them today and they sound fantastic. Truly a great company and speaker!
