LPs would be quite useless if they contained nothing but factoids.

Just because CNN ruined the meaning of this word by misusing it for years does not mean it no longer means anything. And if it means nothing why would you use it?

Just what else do you think it could possibly mean? Why would you call the information coming off of the LP a factoid?
