Good comments Brad, but I believe you would feel differently if you saw this system in person. The speakers come in black or as pictured in white. The SB-C700 bookshelf speakers sport a modern, minimalist look with the coaxial tweeter intergraded into the full range larger speaker.

The SU-C700 2-channel integrated amplifier has the legacy look of amplifiers from the past with large front uv meters.

The design, fit and finish are all very high-end and most importantly, the performance of this system is of the level of more expensive audio enthusiasts quality.

A little more investment in design would have made it easier to ask what they are asking. Sure, the TT is iconic, so no revision to aesthetics is needed. The rest needs attention.
