John Marks replies:

Thanks for your kind words and interest. At the moment, I am all tied up with the cable end of Esperanto Audio; the loudspeaker project is on hold, but, given the fact that production would be artisanal and not from an offshore factory, my educated guess is that selling through brick and mortar dealers, US MSRP would be $5000.

I investigated Kickstarter, and Lo! and Behold! KS takes a total of 20% of what you raise; and then there is the cost of the supporter thank-you gifts, and so... We are at sixes and sevens about how to get this done.

I'd offer the prototypes to Ye Olde Editor for a listen, but, I know how busy he is!

ATB,

John

That's a good question, Maurice. I'd like to know, as well....

The Esperanto's are quite lovely. Any sense of what a ballpark MSRP will look like?
